We specialize in household items, textiles, stationery, and hobby products. Our office and distribution center in Maurik are at the heart of our organization, where we work with a fast-growing team to achieve our ambitious goals. To support our growth, we are planning expansions for both our distribution center and IT infrastructure in 2025.

Your role
As an Inbound Inspection Employee, you are responsible for checking incoming goods and ensuring the accuracy of item master data. Your work plays a crucial role in identifying discrepancies before products leave our warehouse. Thanks to your efforts, customers are never caught off guard, and we can maintain our high quality standards.

What will you do?

  • Inspect incoming goods based on established quality standards and sample testing.
  • Verify and maintain accurate item master data in our ERP system.
  • Identify and report discrepancies and resolve them in collaboration with the purchasing and logistics teams.
  • Ensure that products comply with established specifications and guidelines.
  • Document and report results to facilitate insights and improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact for quality-related questions within the warehouse and team.

Who are you?

You have a keen eye for detail and a driven approach. You work independently but can collaborate effectively with the teams you support. Additionally, you have:

  • Availability of at least 24 hours per week.
  • Experience in quality control or warehouse processes (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Affinity with ERP systems.
  • Residence in the Maurik area (maximum travel time of 30 minutes).
