About Via Chassé
Via Chassé is a family business that has been importing private label products for European retail chains for over 45 years. We specialize in household items, textiles, stationery, and hobby products. Our office and distribution center in Maurik form the beating heart of our organization. With a rapidly growing team, we are working on ambitious plans, including expanding our distribution center and IT infrastructure in 2025.

Your role as a Business Controller
As a Business Controller, you are the link between operational departments and management. You map out processes, identify opportunities to reduce costs, and optimize daily operations. With your analyses, you directly contribute to a more efficient and profitable organization.

What will you do?

  • Optimize operational processes and identify cost savings.

  • Analyze logistics and operational costs, such as pallet storage and packaging material usage.

  • Provide insight into advertising costs for recruitment and compare them with external recruitment agencies.

  • Develop and improve management reports on operational efficiency.

  • Support strategic decisions through data analysis and process optimization.

  • Advise different departments on cost savings and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve company-wide efficiency.

Who are you?
You are an analytical and results-oriented professional with a critical mindset and a strong drive to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the organization. Additionally, you have:

  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a trade or logistics environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into concrete advice.

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.

  • Residence in the Maurik area (max. travel time 30 minutes).
